16.1 - Nanna is Kickin' Your Butt

With a title like that, how can it not be a good season?

Some great moments, and possibly the most clueless cast in a while.

The confused Chileans wondering about these random Americans with a camera crew painting badly? Hilarious.

I was hoping someone would paint the wrong house - and they did!

I'm sure most of the racers are great people, but there was a lot of cluelessness tonight.

Fun episode overall though.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this season based on this episode, but I didn't see any standout personalities to root for and that's a danger sign. But maybe as we get to know them better I'll change my mind.

The "Mompreneurs" have already turned me against them...three t-shirts fetishizing their motherhood are three too many.

Rockhpi: Totally agree on the Mompreneurs. If you are going to pimp yourself, get a better name.

I certainly hope the cluelessness is due to excitement. Otherwise I can't imagine what some of this cast will do on day 18.

Plane issues already. While watching Season 2 I can understand why TPTB try and eliminate all that. But some airport drama is always welcome.

BTW, who says "Danke" in South America? Holy crap! Jordan and Miss Teen SC can leave as soon as possible. And great imitation by gay brother. Well done.

Liked the public transport option. Only other time we saw that was when the start was in Chicago and they had to take the blue line, right?

All in all, not a bad start. Potential conflicts already starting. A bit annoyed at the casting of non-real people (rodeo champions, Miss Teen SC, Big Brother, MLB coach, etc.) but what can you do.

And is there any chance of the undercover detectives ever going undercover again? I don't think so.

LOVED the painter's comments when the dad/daughter were painting the wrong house! OMG that was hilarious!

I'm guessing that's going to be the clip they show on The Soup.

Great early showing by my favorites Jeff and Jordan! They may be intellectually challenged, but have little chance of overthinking any clues. And, they're fast (so far).

That "danka" was great - maybe she thinks she's in Argentina with all the former Nazis? I guess that's better than getting Chile confused with China, I mean Guatemala! (then again there is someone on Tripadvisor today asking how close the Inca Trail is to Mexico City!)

The gay brother's imitation was pretty funny - and spot on.

I loved the looks on their faces when Phil said they had to take public transportation to get to the airport. And I was surprised that the Metro Train was slower than the bus - maybe there was a transfer somewhere?

That cable walk looked fairly hard - much more of a challenge than the usual zip line task, where the order doesn't change. Whichever cowboy did it really made up time, as they were fighting for last place with Jody&Shannon before that.

I would LOVE to do the cable walk!

And let's see if the rodeo brothers try and cash money again before they get there!

BuckyBacker ... I am not sure what your standard for "real people" is, but I've known Cord through the PBR for years now, and there's no more "real" person around. Sure, he is a stand-out in his sport, but I'm not sure I'd even classify bull riding as a mainstream sport. He is accomplished in his trade, so by that same token, does that mean an accomplished attorney, police officer, etc. is not a "real" person?

I took the "real people" remark to mean non-celebrities.

Fair enough, I guess I just don't consider the McCoys "celebrities" though.
