The Yahtzee Method of TAR Prognostication – Leg 8 Predictions

One recap later, and the dice are speaking again. And they're saying "Confluence." But first, let’s look at the results for each team.

Rob & Amber: 11236, 11335, 11246. Chance, 14 points. This one’s a negative Chance, as I said in an earlier article, these two have the ability to turn negatives into positives. They may not be first again, but they’re still in it.

Ron & Kelly: 45666, 15666, 35666. Three of a Kind, 26 points. Another triple-oak with a consistent for these two. The rule of the consistent doesn’t seem to apply to them, so they’re still going to be here.

Uchenna & Joyce: 12234, 22446, 22334. Chance, 14 points. Same result as Romber, but different combo. Possible footrace here, so these two are still in.

Lynn & Alex: 11245, 11236, 11344. Chance, 13 points. Another Chance, but this one’s positive by default. Look for a move up for these two. Possibly even first.

Meredith & Gretchen: 12346, 23344, 33446. Chance, 20 points. Another positive Chance. Will these two get out of the back of the pack for the first time?

So, everyone seems to have a positive result, and the majority are Chances. Plus almost every team has two pair at one point during the process. Confluence is in effect, and a NEL is guaranteed.

As to finish order, I’m going by points here. So that’d be:

Lynn & Alex
Rob & Amber
Uchenna & Joyce
Meredith & Gretchen
Ron & Kelly

Although last time I got a similar spread, the odd team out wasn’t in last. So Ron & Kelly may not feel the MegaMug after all. Someone will, though.
